Counselling.

Finding safety, understanding, and lasting change.

Counselling rooted in safety, connection, and real-world support for life’s challenges.

Therapy is an invitation to slow down, to listen inward, and to reconnect with parts of yourself that have been silenced by stress, loss, or survival.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, burnout, anxiety, or relationship challenges, my role is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered to heal, at your pace.

Counselling isn’t about fixing you; it’s about reclaiming your capacity for balance, belonging, and self-trust.

What Counselling Can Offer.

Counselling is a space where you can bring your story — the pieces that feel heavy, confusing, or tender — and begin to make sense of them.
Together, we’ll explore not only what’s happening in your thoughts, but also what your body and nervous system may be holding onto.
My goal is to help you move from coping and survival toward a sense of groundedness and possibility.

You don’t have to have the right words or know where to start, you simply need to show up, and we’ll begin from there.

Who I Work With.

Adults

For those navigating stress, burnout, loss, or long-held patterns that no longer serve you. Counselling offers a space to pause, gain clarity, and reconnect with your sense of self; without needing to have it all figured out first.

Youth

Adolescence brings big emotions and growing responsibilities that can feel hard to manage alone. Counselling provides a supportive space to express, understand, and develop tools to cope; all at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.

Relationships thrive on communication, trust, and emotional safety. Whether you’re facing conflict, disconnection, or navigating change together, couples counselling can help you better understand one another and rebuild a sense of closeness.

A place to set things down.

A woman with blonde hair holding a notebook and pen, standing next to a desk with plants in the background.

When there is no place to set things down, even resilience becomes heavy. Many people carry more than any one person should have to hold alone. I am here, as your therapist, to provide a safe space to lay it down — often for the first time.

You don’t need to show up polished or “put together.” Here, you get to be human first. My approach is deeply relational, somatic, and trauma-informed, working with the nervous system as well as thoughts and emotions. Real healing happens when your body no longer feels braced, guarded, or on alert.

If you’re hoping to work together on something not listed on this page, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I may have experience in that area and simply haven’t listed it here; and if not, I can connect you with a trusted colleague who would be a great fit.
