Frequently asked questions.

Getting Started.

  • I offer in-person sessions in Kelowna and see many clients from West Kelowna, Peachland, and Lake Country.
If you prefer to meet from home or live elsewhere in BC, I also provide secure online therapy across the province.

  • You don’t need to know “how to do therapy.” Most people start when coping alone no longer feels enough.
Our sessions move at your pace, you simply show up, and we begin together. Feeling nervous is normal, and I’ll help you settle in gently.

In-Person & Online Counselling.

  • Yes! I offer online sessions anywhere in British Columbia, and research shows they’re just as effective as in-person therapy.
Many clients appreciate the comfort and privacy of meeting from home.
If you’re nearby, you can also combine in-person and virtual sessions for a flexible approach that fits your schedule.

My Therapeutic Approach

Couples & Relationship Therapy.

  • Yes! I work with couples both in-person in Kelowna and online across BC.
My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, helping partners communicate with safety, empathy, and emotional connection.

  • Yes. I integrate Gottman Level I & II techniques with body-based and attachment work.
I also provide sex therapy through a trauma-informed, emotionally safe lens, supporting intimacy, desire, and connection; not just technique.

My Therapeutic Approach.

  • I support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, and self-worth challenges.
My work also includes men’s mental health, helping men and young adults find space for emotional expression and relief from pressure to “hold it all together.”
